Installing the Device Driver (for RS/6000 Users Only)
To ensure that library commands are issued from the host system to the tape
library, RS/6000 users must install the Atape device driver.
In order to use the Atape device drive to download tape library update firmware over the SCSI bus,
Atape must be at level 3.2.0.6, or higher.
Note: Some RS/6000 systems come preloaded with the Atape device driver microcode.
