Diagnostic
There should exist a directory \SB16. Inside this directory
should be a file DIAGNOSE.EXE (if correct installed).
Start DIAGNOSE from a DOS prompt, and watch the output shown on display.
If there is a Token-Ring installed, you might have an address - conflict with
SoundBlaster set to default 220H address, change it to 240H and run DIAGNOSE.
