Product Description

The Model DPEA-31080 SCSI Hard Disk meets the Small Computer System Interface-2 (SCSI-2) standards. The SCSI-2 interface supports data transfer rates up to 10 MB / sec. (Fast SCSI). The drive can be mounted in any orientation.

Installation Requirements

A SCSI ID cable P/N 94G2648 is required for install in a Model 3510 Storage Enclosure.

Jumper 4, 5, 6, 7

  Jumper 4 set = Motor does not start at power on
                 (use this function if this drive is not the only one,
                 for good VOLTAGE/CURRENT at Power on time (ripple !)
  Jumper 5 set = drive will not enter UNIT ATTENTION
                 (default - JMP 5 is not set)
  Jumper 6 set = SCSI - Bus termination active
                 (if last device in the SCSI-chain)
  Jumper 7 set = Drive will not initiate SCSI Synchronous Negotiation
                 (default - JMP 7 is not set)
