Hang with Windows communication program


PROBLEM - The system hangs when a Windows communication program (cardfile or terminal) is run after the Windows cardfile program is run the first time.

Machines AFFECTED Valuepoint 6381-Mxx systems.

SOLUTION - A work-around for this problem is to insert the following lines in the SYSTEM.INI file in the 386 ENH section:

COM1FIFO=0
COM2FIFO=0
